However, the service had its ups and downs as there were some mishaps with orders, but the small thoughtful gestures didn't go unnoticed, adding a nice touch. The dining experience was excellent, especially the hot sandwiches, and the facilities were top-notch, catering to all my needs.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very well designed and comfortable until 3:30 pm, offering privacy and spaciousness with a bathroom, living room, dining table, wet bar nicely appointed, and another full bath. However, the service had its ups and downs, with some staff being nice while others, especially one of their managers, came off as condescending. The location was clean, well-maintained, and had some spectacular aspects, but there were some letdowns with the room situation and a disappointing experience on Thanksgiving in Andrea. The dining was excellent, but the portions were very small and definitely overpriced. Overall, it was a stay with highs and lows.
